I am 6'0" and weighed 305lb.
I'm 81kg... don't know what that is in lb... you do the math... I know it's nearer my goal of 80kg than 305lb :-)
I eat soylent. You can find out about it on the web. For me, it's perfect. I don't like to cook, so I prepare a week's worth of meals at one time. I'm diabetic, so I tailor my soylent to that. I've halved my insulin dose and feel better than in years, plus I got my brain back, although some might question that. :-)
I have a specific amount to eat for a day, and that's it. So my caloric intake is constant. No snacking, either.
My son, the genius, told me about it in March. It's been my main source of nutrition since then.

Gaining and losing weight can make you tired. If you eat well and exercise consistently, you will be fine. I lost 45 lbs just by eating the right foods and walking 4 miles/day/5 days a week.
