Same appeal that an extremely large girl will have for some guys. Personal preference. The mind works in mysterious ways and what may not appeal, or even seem logical to us, is like a treasure to others. Based on friends however, I can tell you that the ones who do favor the extremely skinny girls tend to be a bit more critical of women - analyzing them to the last minute detail - and constantly worrying that an average girl will most likely gain more weight in marriage/long-term relationship.
My personal preference is more of the 50s-60s figure, e. G. Marilyn Monroe. A girl who is fit but a bit more fuller than today's crop of actresses or models.
We do, oh yes we do like curves and boobs, but the very skinny girl has her appeal. Leaning onto my own experience, the best sex is with a skinny girl, there are no bulging muscles or fat in my way, she is extra-light, making it easier for me to execute high level Kamasutra poses. Also her being skinny makes the feeling of the "defender"when you put your arms around the frail body.
A skinny girl offers a guy an illusion. One that they are younger if they are older and two that they make a good trophy to keep on the arm. Skinny girls are like French food nice to look at on the plate but not very filling. I am not saying that men don't prefer them some do but a girl with some curves is away a better feel. The problem is we live in a image conscience society. I hate to say it but this is the girls fault they let us like it, and remember sexuality has nothing to do with looks but with attitude.
I sure hope they do, otherwise my boyfriend is being an ass. He seems to love my curves and I know he loves my chest. I think it depends on the boy, personally, but I do see a lot of guys with the tiny girls with no chest and little curves. >. <

Like someone said below, I hate having a fat in the way of the sex holes. The super tight bodies and true body figure created from their bones is very enticing and erotic. Also, they walk around more picturesque because their bodies do not move around while they walk. Everything is tight and stays in place! During sex you can accomplish more positions and holding their skinny legs up in the air is so much better. I always prefer sex with skinny girls every time! Many extremely skinny girls also might have low self confidence and don't know if the guys really like them. So they might work extra hard I the sack. Skinny is just so nice to look at overall to!
Not if their gay and don't know it or are unwilling to accept it. There are a few girls like that in the city here, and months later Ill always find their ex boyfriends making out with dudes. Anorexic girls are as close to a dude as guys can go and still get money from their parents.
If you are not talking about shape you are missing the point. Physically and sexually, very skinny girls are the most desirable to men for many reasons. Skinny girls are healthier than fat girls and they live longer, statistically. Men know that. A skinny physique enhances a girl’s femininity. Skinny girls have very thin skin which is usually quite tight over the bone so the physical sensation from touching is much more stimulating. They are usually much tighter down there, too. And a skinny bony body just looks hot, pleasing to the eye. A man can really be proud to show off his girlfriend’s skinny body in tight clothes, etc. Skinny girls also are more loyal, anecdotally. Relationships with skinny girls are usually more intense and satisfying. But the main point is the sex is so much better than with a fat or medium girl.
I like to feel there skin tight against their bones and their tiny waist. It totally turns me on. Plus I like skinny legs and a tiny butt, because nothing gets in the way of the girls Sweet spot.
