I hate my body but I can't seem to stay motivated?

Hi all! So here's the deal, I want to lose about 15lbs which doesn't seem like a lot but I'm struggling with it. I keep losing about 7lbs and losing my motivation and then gaining it all back :( I have fibromyalgia and depression which makes it really hard to stay active because I'm so tired and sore all the time.

What are some tips to stay motivated? I always feel like I don't have the time to make something healthy and I am majorly addicted to soda which really slips me up. My self esteem is pretty much non existent because of the extra weight... but at the same time I can't get my shit together.
