anything that happens to workout your core muscles and abdominal muscles, the true trick is your diet though. good diet and you will be able to cut down your body fat % to show those glorious abs :D

it depends most people gets the first 4 and the lower is abit tricker so you need supersets, work your lower abs and about 10-6 fat percent to be visible
My gym is free. Check out the bodybuilding. com forum. From what I've read squats, deadlifts, and planks are best for abs, but you gotta get a low body fat percentage or else they'll never show
