Is it a good idea to eat 3 1/2 lbs of ham at once?

no it's not. it is a heavy protein, and a lot of pressure will be put on you liver in order to digest it. if you keep you the practice, you may start looking bloated, and bile juice will start accumulating in your joints

Probably not but I tend to eat quite a bit at once (idk the weight) lol
