I'd say its less about the sweat breaking (I personally have to work SERIOUSLY hard to build up a sweat) but more the feeling of your muscles being worked, and how fatigued you feel after. I'm a short sprinter so I have to really work on form, time, and speed so knowing you're making progress to me is better than the feeling of a "nice cardio workout" haha

Love it, gets the heart pumping, endorphins kicking in like a natural high! I like how I feel most of the day afterwards like the "Energizer Bunny"! = ]

Bored. Unless it's something different, I cannot stand cardio. If you ever see me running, start running too because something's chasing me haha
But, I do a brisk walk on the treadmill for 5 minutes to warm up before I start strength training. I love strength training. The gym is my happy place.During it? Like crap. After? Pretty darn good hands on hips, breathing hard, heart pounding, sweat dripping down my chest, and that nauseous feeling you know what I'm talking about yea? That's a good feeling.
I enjoy working out. Takes a LOT for me to break a sweat though. Have to run really fast for 30 minutes before I start sweating.
Love my workouts. Addicted to pushing myself and having the sweat drip down my face and onto my chest.
I feel like I'm stuck in hell lol. I hate cardio (but I still do it). I feel amazing breaking a sweat when lifting though! 💪
The same as guys I guess
Only difference.. Boobs bouncing gets annoyingWorking out is my go to thing. I love the feeling during and after makes me feel so great
