28 lbs in 2 months is tough - Diet and exercise - Don't go too hard at first, build up - Eat right type of food to give you energy to exercise - Should be loads of healthy living stuff on net.

I've heard boot camps get you fit real fast. I'm not sure though.

You dont want to get small man playing football run a lot and pump Iron
Google calori calculator and some will tell you how much you need toeat to lsoe a pound a week
