I'm super skinny and started to drink boost. has anyone drank boost and seen results? or any other drinks like that.. like ensure? thanks
You need more than that to gain weight and I mean healthy weight.
For example, if you take 2000 calories a day increase that by 500. Slowly you'll start to gain weight.

they can help you get in those extra calories you want but feel like you don't have the time or don't feel like making an actual meal. you can try drinking 2 of those a day as well as eating higher caloric meals (not junk food however)
