What do you thibk of my diet and exercise? Will it work will it not work ? Tell me?

I'm 22 wanting to lose weight my current height and weight is 6 feet 200 pound.

I wanna be 180-185

I eat 1200-1300 calories a day.

I by a whole pack of salad eat it at work.
Four slice of water melon
A green apple and peanut butter
Baked chicken ( Marie Calender's or rotisserie )
1 fish fillet
2 slice of wheat bread
1 giant pack of baby carrots

I change my fruit everyone and while

My exeeice consists of

60 mins of walking home 4 days a week
10 mins of running 4- days of the week
50 sit ups 5 days of the week
50 10 pound dumbbell lefts on both arms 5 days a week
And maybe 25 crunches 3 days week
And 25 lifts of a 20pound dumbell 3days a week
