The best way to lose weight is to get off your ass and start working it , woman ! And i don't mean endurance exercises - I mean explosive type exercise where there is rapid movement at full exertion for a short period of time. This will burn more fat than doing it for a long time with less effort. Eat as much as you want but count the calories. I remember reading a case where a man lost weight by eating only junk food , but he carefully counted the calories !

If you really want to lose weight fast, you need to start lifting. It's true that you burn more fat while doing cardio than while lifting, but your metabolism quickly returns to normally after the cardio ends, yet it takes hours for your metabolism to return to normal after you're done lifting.

Yeah veggies and proteins are the way to go if u wanna lose weight fast. bring in a few fruits if u can and maybe some lean chicken or beef. stick with water for the drinks.

Proper nutrition, exercise and patience is about all you need, the most important thing though is to make sure your body gets all the nutrition it needs otherwise what you're doing is quite unhealthy.
