I just woke up and my butt cheeks hurt and since I've been on consistent pain meds for the past 12 hours, with one that makes you dizzy and loopy, I'm kind of curious as to why tf

Only thing that comes to mind is sleeping in an unnatural position or slept too long in one position - Any marks, if you were zoned out you could have scratched too hard on an itch or maybe grabbed skin hard but didn't feel it - Last one could be a bit far fetched but any interesting dreams about being spanked (LoL) that you could acted out in your sleep.

Pain can happen in any part of your body. But pain is not very common in the butts when you sleep. When you sit , they may give you pain.. You need a good booty massage to blow away your pain. Try sleeping on your stomach the next time. And if your pain disappears , keep on sleeping on your stomach for the next week.

Yeah I woke up with a horrific migraine about a month ago.

Have you done any unusual exercise, it sounds like muscular ache from exercise, your butt cheeks are the gluteus maximus muscles.
It can also be a problem with the sciatic nerve.

Well it's not growing pains so it's most likely the way you slept in your bed or your not getting enough movement in those muscles during the day so it's stiffening up in your sleep, try walking at least a mile a day and see what happens
