if you don't drop weight the healthy way then its really easy to regain it back and you'll just have a lot of other problems. but if you really want to, basically just stop eating. and don't drink too much liquids because water retention makes you "heavier" even though its not actually fat or anything. make sure you sleep enough, because not getting enough sleep makes you want to eat more..

An intense exercise program is probably the fastest way but you must be safe and still eat. Look up different programs online and try to follow them while still maintaining a normal diet with enough carbs and protein so you aren't over-exerting yourself without the nutrients your body needs.
