Become a vegan, and don't eat ANY sugar or processed foods. No white bread, no white rice! If you loose more than 2-3lbs a week your body will not keep it off. There is no quick answer. You could do a full cleanse but be aware that can make you sick if you are unhealthy. Don't do the stupid lemon juice cayenne pepper cleanse, do a raw food cleanse, you will loose weight.

try to avoid processed food
when you get a craving you want to avoid, drink lemon juice
do strength training to build muscle
