well I used to be anorexic, so I lost weight really fast. There is nasty side effects to that though because your body hasn't had chance to adjust to the weight change. you can get all sorts of problems like bad skin, feeling cold etc. and also losing weight fast won't leave you toned, you'll just become a bit baggy lol.
Best advice not to cut back on the food to much, make sure you eat at least 1750 calories a day, in a balanced diet (e.g. not just fruit and veg, you need meat too for protein and other food as well as they give you fibre and good stuff etc.). BUT EXERCISE! If you exercise you can work out when it suits you, you don't get mood swings of not eating as you normally do, you get toned at the same time and you get to meet hot guys at the gym ;) lmao

If you're losing any more than 2-3 lbs a week then you're losing a lot of water weight and muscle weight as well. How many calories are you taking in?
