My best suggestion is Vitamin E oil. One of my friends got his lip pierced and later decided he didn't like it. Now, unless you know where to look and get up super close, you can't see the scars.
There are also gels out there, but they never worked that well for me. I've also heard that cocoa butter helps, but that hasn't lightened anything on my legs as of yet. I've been using it for moisturizer for a couple of years.
I recommend regular application of Vitamin E oil - you can just buy the vitamin capsules, pop them open, and rub in the oil until it is absorbed just like lotion.

I talked to a stripper one time, she said the way to get rid of stretch marks is a combination of hand-cream with keratin and flexall 454 - stretch marks are scars. Cuts are deep tho, skin will naturally slough away over time, but deep scars tend to be permanent. Talk to your doctor, you can get skin-sloughing pads and also those shower scrunchy things are good for exfoliating.
Don't cut yourself baby, you are beautiful, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks of you, you need to KNOW that.
I used mederma, it is pricey so I get them on sale and save some money on them. It did take a couple of months for the scars to become noticeably lighter but it works very well. The only hassle is that it has to be applied 3-4 times a day every day. Also, when I went to the beach, the skin where I applied the gel did not tan at all, they remained my normal skin color so unless you don't mind that, then I'd recommend it.

I heard using cocoa butter or vitamin E lotion will fade out stretch marks and possibly scars, maybe some coconut oil. There's no guarantee to completely remove scars, but these remedies should lighten them.
