How long will it take me to lose 7 stone if I keep this up.
you should be eating AT LEAST 1200 cals a day to keep your body functioning, maybe more depending on your height and weight. If you eat less than this you can make yourself sick and put unnecessary stress on your body.
You might lose weight quickly but because it isn't a sustainable diet, you risk putting it all back on as soon as you eat normally.
What you want is to maintain a healthy lifestyle- cut out added sugars and junk food and cut your portions. Its not just calories in and calories out. Its about eating the RIGHT kind of calories.
That is not healthy. You absolutely cannot do that. That's starving your body.
You should eat about 1200 calories/day and do some daily exercise (1 hour/day). You will lose 2-3 pounds a week IF you DON'T CHEAT on the meals or the exercise.
If you eat only 600 cals/day, you may get very ill and in fact, you may not lose the weight as quickly -- your body will think you are starving it and it will counteract by trying to perserve fat.
I just lost about 50 pounds by eating healthy, keeping it at 1500 cals / day and exercising (walking) daily for an hour. It took 6 months.
I don;t believe in that sh*t. Listen there is no way around hard work, if you eat little then you will save anything you eat because your brain will think "ok this girls is poor so we need to save the food as fat"
Look just eat normally but go to the gym.

A while its extremely unhealthy and it puts your body into starvation mode and your body will start to store everything it could. My advice would be to get the book I can make you thin. Its extremely easy and everyone I know who read it lost a ton of weight
So 7 stones is like 100 pounds apparently. You'd probably get very sick and/or die first. You need more calories than that to live.
600 cals a day is not enough for your body to function properly. You will get very serious health problems.
You're doing it wrong. Even as far as crash diets go. If you want a crash diet that's at least semi-reasonable, e-mail me.
I don't know how much is a stone, but you'll be losing about 1-1.5 kg (2-3 pounds) a week, depending on level of physical activity.
You can't keep this up for long, and you could get seriusly ill. You're basically on a starvation diet.

Go on a crack diet.
