Does stress make it worst ? Because I heard people saying that?
Cuz these days I'm really really stressed . Help. How can I make it go away fast.
Yes, stress can definitely "promote pimples". This along with certain oily foods and rich sugars can "plaster the pimples" at any stage, at any age.
You need to put yourself on a face care regimen now. Purchase products for cleansing the "puss"(a pun) for "sensitive skin", followed by a product that moisturizes, but yet not enough to leave more oils. Find a good product also that will take care of the "problem at hand", but not leave your face feeling flaky or caky ,as they say.
If the problem should persist, I would suggest seeing a dermatologist for this. However, if you were able to beat this before, then most likely you can tackle it again.
When I was a teenager, I had problems with my oily forehead, but after graduation, I was able to lick the problem, and never had much trouble with this again. However, if I find I eat a bit too much chocolate, I will tend to get a zit from time to time.
Stress absolutely will play a big part in break outs. Try and relax(I know, easier said than done)and put things back into prospective again and--that includes your face.
The problem probably"won't go away over nite," but you can start as early as today, by going out and purchasing what you need to start. And, by getting out and about today, with a "mission in mind,"just may help take some some of the pressure off of you---along with---getting back to basics for a "skin that was once perfect."xx
yes stress can do it. and if I knew how to get rid of it I would; I recently started getting acne for the first time at 32. ugh.
