If a guy is talking to you almost everyday, does that mean he is interested?

So I have been talking to this guy for about 3 weeks now, we have gone on a couple of dates and I really like him, but I am not sure if he feels the same. The one thing I know is we do text almost everyday, he even texts me after he is done hanging out with his friends to see how my night was. So is that a sign he likes me? Or is he just being polite?

The only thing I'll add is that he wouldn't have gone on a date with you if he wasn't interested. Remember in today's dating scene, its still viewed that the guy is in control. He decides to ask a girl out. Whether we like that or not, that's still sort of how it is (for the most part). That being said, if a guy is sitting across from you at the dinner table, its because he wanted to be there. If he didn't like you, he wouldn't have set up the date to begin with. Even if you had asked, he most likely wold not have agreed to it if he didn't have some interest, just as you wouldn't.

Taking that much time to talk to a girl is beyond being polite. He likes you and according to modern dating wisdom he would be considered clingy and desperate lol.
