hrm OK ...tough one ... one inch ... I wouldn't want to meet the average gold hamster at that size, not to mention what else might happen ... but ... imagine a beer can that looks to you like the size of an 18-wheeler ... but for the prize of a beer can ... hrm ... :-P

on the other side ... 100 ft. ... well ... no more fear of gold hamsters, that's for sure ... but not being able to live with normal sized people because you could accidently hurt/kill someone ... doesn't sound so appealing either ... clothes and food would be a problem soon ... no house to live in ...

if it's just the two options, I'd choose one inch ... may be more dangerous in terms of direct threats but I'd prefer to risk my own life instead of knowing that at some point I will accidently like step on someone which would only be a matter of time ... but to be honest ... it's because of the beer... :-P

being 100 ft giant seems unrealistic and very hard to actually live; find food, clothes, finding a home, maybe even getting around, look how big a problem it was for huge dinosaurs to move, their body was to heavy for them.

Being Tom Thumb seems more doable

I wouldn't want to be one inch because you can't get around so your world is instantly reduced in size, people and other animals could accidentally/purposely kill you with ease, and no one would know you existed unless someone happened to see you.

Sure, there are downsides to being 100ft tall, people would be frightened, might even try to kill you. If I was gentle enough though I think we could coexist. :)

Also, there are still buildings that are a heck of a lot taller than that, so by comparison you're still not that huge. It's not like you stumbled upon a toy town where the buildings come up to your knees.

i agree with you being 100 ft. is better. as you wrote if you were gentle.you could coexist with people.and probably you would be very famous around the world.interviewers will come to make an interview with you from several countries maybe government will build a home for you and appoint workers for serving your personel needs.

assuming I could still function well enough and a machine was made to manufacture clothes and stuff I would be the giant. being stepped on is never an option for me
