Is it racist to have a mandala wall hanging? (if you're white)

I think mandalas are beautiful and have an understanding of what they mean but I don't feel like I really get the cultural significance. I know its often considered racist for white girls to wear bindis ect. and I wouldn't want my choices to cause any offence.

I should clarify the mandala is a religious symbol in buddhism and hinduism. I also didn't mean racism in a neo nazi level sense, just cultural appropriation.

No. You know what else isn't racist? Making stereotypes. It's a misconception about racism. Racism is when you believe your race superior over another and hate another race. Stereotypes are childish and stupid, but not racist, neither is liking something related to a race.
