keeps on spiraling in my head. I keep thinking "what if one day after I write my unpublished book the universe gives me the opportunity to pitch my idea to the original movie's production team and they end up loving it?"

if that was to happen then that would me more than a million reasons to write my book either way. can't forget that Sylvester Stallone faced a similar fate when he came up with Rocky yet nevertheless he did not give up on his dream and look at him now. the only advantage he had however was that Rocky was originally his own project, while mines is not and we already know how stingy Hollywood is when it comes to unsolicitate ideas.

Was listening to some black women preach about how systematic racism within the healthcare system is causing black women to die at higher rates than White women. Then I looked into it and yes its entirely true but then I looked into the causes and there's a direct correlation between the rates of black women dying in during or post pregnancy and underlying health conditions as black women have significantly higher rates of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, heart disease, hypertension, STDS all of which cause dangerous problems during and post pregnancy.

So in conclusion the higher death rate related to pregnancy is not due to systemic racism or racism among health care professionals. No the problem is self inflicted by black women and poor lifestyle choices. Black are going to have to accept responsibility for the problem.
