Mentally or physically. I'm no doctor, I'm not qualified, I just feel bad for the many followed and the influencer (s) themselves who talk about baulking, gym etc - we all know gentleman of culture that gym folks like the above and fluencer fitness types especially if they'd never gym'd before in their life - and their constant diet posts and upbeat activewear posts - underneath lies some real mental health issues lol 😂😆 and body image issues : because I'm not into that and I don't go gym, I'm looking wonderful :)

Unrealistic Beauty Standards and Self-Image, Increased Pressure and Comparison, Sekshualization and Harassment, Entitlement shorts like "men must this and that" and "you're enough" and narcissism, Mental Health Impact, Girls and women requiring me to have social media or they stop talking and lose all interest, Social Media addiction and obsession over likes and follows and relationship statuses and postings, self-ending for not achieving sufficient likes.

Andrew Tate has mentioned, that girls are wasting all of their time on social media several times here (from 6:03 - 6:21) and here (4:04 - 4:36).
