1. Find what makes you shy
When do you feel shy?
While talking to someone from the opposite sex?
While doing a speech to a crowded audience?
When others blame you?
When you are somewhere that you don't know anybody?
Take a piece of paper and pencil then write down your thoughts that make you shy. Whenever you feel shy, try to get rid of the main thoughts that make you to feel so.
2. Have self confidence
Nobody is perfect. Everybody has some imperfections in their life. But why should you be shy for your imperfections when others are not.
3. Improve your body language
Stand still. It will make you look confident.
Pracice your speech. Don't speak with low pitch voice. Speak loud enough and clear.
4. Don't hesitate to smile
Don't try to look serious all the time. Don't hold your laugh when you find something funny. Let it go. Smiling will make you relax.
5. Make new friends
Give it a try. Try to make new friends by starting a conversation. It will be helpful for you!
6. Don't compare yourself
Don't compare yourself with others. It will make you feel worthless and it will lead you to be shy.
