Why do girls like Justin Bieber?

I don't understand. Millions of teens around the world dream of being Justin Bieber's girlfriend. All "he" is, is a prepubescant kid with long hair! Now he's not even popular, it's passed on to another prepubescant kid with long hair whose name I can't be bothered to remember. Why are girls attracted to a kid who has been designed to look younger, girlier (hair), and who sounds younger and girlier with the voice? I don't understand.

I don't understand why people are so AGAINST Justin Bieber. He's not any different than any other sh*tty popstar out today, or in the past - see Voltaire's reference to Aaron Carter. And I mean, look at someone like Donny Osmond - prepubescent kid with long hair that teenage girls loved - and that was in the 70s. Yeah, his songs are pretty dumb, but, again, that's not uncommon, and his voice is okay. People like him for the same reason they like most popular music - it's shoved in people's faces, and it's especially popular among teens and younger cause they haven't had a chance to branch out and mature their musical tastes other than what is obvious.

For the record, I don't like Justin Bieber. :P

Yeah, I thought he was a huge douchebag for that too. But that's not the reason most people claim to hate him for.

He's got a pretty boy face, but he can't sing. Yet now-a-days, many a girl don't care about musical talent. I grew up in a town and time where talent was foremost, where musicians took pride in the fact that they worked countless hours at their musical hobbies. Clearly, Justin needs singing lessons. Hell, if he could at least relax his voice and stay smooth like a good ol' country singer he'd be great, but instead he hurts my ears.

I think it's because Justin is some alien that has the ability to brainwash most girls and some guys to love him. Most girls would force guys to give up video games and anime for her then force him to take her to Justin Bieber concert to help Justin brainwash him.
