Blocked him on instagram when I was mad?

Hi everyone, please give me your opinion on this

this guy I have been seeing has gone a bit cold on me for a week, and I was really hurt because of it. So I got very mad and decided I would 'rid' him from my life (in the heat of the moment). I blocked him on instagram but I regretted it, so I unblocekd him and it automatically removed him from following me...

Guys would this offend you? what would you think if you were in his shoes?

I'm sure he will notice soon, because my page is on private and when he looks he will realise. We have been seeing eachother for almost a year and I was very upset with him ignoring me.

what should I do?...

In a girl's point of view, sweetie, I am always "deleting" and "remarrying" my husband on Facebook. He, too. He has also blocked me from the site many times, in the heat of anger, and deleted me from Skype and Yahoo. Me as well. These things are done in a "click of a mouse" when we are expressing ourselves "in love and war." Better to have this happen, as part of a "break down", rather than a "break up." Text him, call him, before he notices, and try and get things at least "luke warm" again. Guys do tend to be "super thin skinned" when it comes to things "in the heat of 'mad passion'", you might say, so before your "moment in time together" gets any "colder" and----more "older"---simply contact him and explain things to him. Don't let your anger get the best of you. "Rid of it" now--with your regrets--and contact him, so you don't encounter a "hot head" , should he see what------buttons you pushed.

thank you! what a relief to know other people do this to express their anger!The thing is, he ignored some of my texts and I hadn't really heard from him in over a week. he's hot and cold a lot because he's got a lot of family issues at the moment so I got to a point where I got so mad.i really want to txt him but I'm worried if I text him trying to fix it he will think I'm weak and that I can't stand my ground when I'm angry.Or that ill look crazy lol

Being you have been in a year long relationship with him, the lines of communication are ALWAYS important. If you are saying he has "had some family issues," then he has just had a lot on his plate, it seems, which, in turn, did cause your "temper to flare." Send him ONE MORE quick text to suggest, at his convenience, of getting together to "talk things out." Don't try to "fix things through another push of a button," you need "face to face":))xx

ALL women, at one point or another, do this when a guy hurts their feelings. Rather than blaming the girl and calling this ''immature'' men ought to realize their actions pushed it here, so it takes two. If you were wrong, he was wrong first to ignore you for that long.

I recently did the same thing, lol, for a good reason, so then a few weeks in, I did poke him and we started talking again. Every situation is different.

yeah I feel embarrassed reading these comments but thanks for your honesty. This isn't the first time I did this when I've been angry. it just makes me feel better at the time - and then I feel like a douche bag after doing it.

Might be time to look on ways to break that habit for your own good. Especially if you end up feeling regret. The next time you want to do something like that...get up, walk away from the computer, and take a walk outside for 10 minutes. Clear your head of thinking aobut him or why you are mad.
