How to make an ex boyfriend jealous when he has a new girlfriend?

what are someways I can try to make my ex boyfriend jealous and regret the decision of dumping me and that his new girlfriend doesn't stand a chance?

we no longer are in contact...because he dumped me ..it was a very bad break up..soon after 2-3 months he started dating this new girl...is there a way I can make him jealous? I have tried no contact and started being happy working out ..but nothing seems to work or get his attention...:( I feel like I need a closure..its really hard for me to actually move on...what can I do to make him jealous and regret his decision that he made ?

This is a harder thing, but I know exactly what you mean about closure... you feel like it's just not over yet, not wrapped up.

Do know that people notice a LOT more than you think. Like, I got rejected by this girl at school, she said she just wanted to be friends, all that. A week later I was leaving school while everyone was out in the halls because of tornado warning, and I passed by her without stopping to chat (before, I always stopped to chat with her). I thought 50/50 she wouldn't even notice me, and 0% chance she'd care.

She mentioned that incident TWICE, later, once a week later and once three months later, in a hurt, rejected attitude.

The problem is, if he dumped you and he hasn't made any contact, then he might really be over you, and might really be totally happy with the new gal. In that case, you're done, not much to do.

He might be curious, though, or he might secretly wonder... remove him from your block list on Facebook. Then... do your best to be awesome. Be happy, be sexy, and get another boyfriend!

yess! that's exactly how I feel like its not over yet and I feel all wrapped up! yeah I was thinking bout unblocking him...but what if he doesn't notice at all? is there any other way I can try to get his attention? I don't want to talk to him first thou...

Yeah, it burns in the back of the mind when it's not wrapped up. Anyway, try unblocking him, then commenting on the status of mutual friends, or their photos.

wont he think that I am trying to get back with him now that he has a new girlfriend and all..i don't want him! I just want to make him realize and regret for all the pain he caused me...!

Honestly sometimes the best and the most healthy thing to do is simply that move on, for yourself. Life goes on past these relationships because they have to, because life just doesn't stop. He might have picked things up and moved on and it gets under your skin, what makes you think that you doing the same wouldn't have the same affect. Move on, its two birds with one stone. Sometimes the best thing is to just be okay now, find happiness in the little things. Just one man's opinion.

your going about ti right work out and be happy go out with friends have a blast the word will get around that you've moved on (and look so much better for it) It he is at the same thing as you ignore him don't even look at him. just have fun. When he sees that you have moved on with your life without him he will think of all the stuff he's missing. This won't be something you can see. You have to keep your head up and know it's working don't be surprised if one day he calls (it could be a couple months but it'll happen) Make sure you don't rush into another relationship just to get over him people can usally tell what your upto then. Tell everyone that your enjoying being single and having your fun (it doesn't matter if it's true or not) date have fun.

its been 4-5 months since we talked or seen each other...he started dating this 2-3 months after he dumped me...do you think it will work? because I have blocked him on Facebook and I don't think it really matters to him..he didn't even contact since then...i am sure he even forgot about me and not even thinking..its just I am jealous that he is doing so much better...he has joined a football team working out looking great , he graduated college, has a new and better job! ughhh and I m still the same!

i still think it will work people can't help checking up on their ex's most of the time an if your doing awsome when he notices you again then he will wonder what's different.

what's the point? you have to move on...he clearly wasn't for you. enjoy single life for a while, maybe meet another guy. no need to be childish about it. who knows, maybe oneday you may even get back together, but if not, big deal he's just a guy...there's a billion other out there, and many probably way better than him.
