Moving out of my parents' house to lose weight and gain confidence?

My parents buy a lot of junk food and they bring me down emotionally (arguments, negativity, criticism, etc.), and my mom cooks every night and if I don't sit down for dinner they make a big deal(It's disrespectful). I know they are not forcing the food in my mouth, but it feels like it sometimes, it's a horrible and negative environment. This may sound unrealistic but I just want to move out and live minimally (rent some property and live in a trailer) grow my own food, just to loose weight. I will spend my time outside in the fresh air (not in the city). Do you think your environment can change your eating habits? I am seriously considering this, I just hope I'm not making a mistake? Can negative people cause bad habits? I'm open to all opinions, also if you have lost or gained weight after moving out please tell me about it. thanks, I'm 19 by the way.

I have tried loosing weight before but my parents are incredibly unsupportive. It's like they want me to be fat and they'll poke fun at me for being on a diet "hmmmm chocolate sundaes!" stuff like that

and on the other hand my friend are incredibly supportive, they offer me fruit and healthy food when I come over and bought me a sigg water bottle for my birthday:) If I moved out I would be rid of the only source of negativity in my life (I'm a mellow stable, confident person whenever I'm away from home/my family, being around them makes me binge.)
