How does the first break up changes a guy?

What are the changes that you went through and how did you deal with it after getting your heartbroken for the first time. After how long did you start dating?

It was a horrible feeling because for a moment I felt empty inside without that person. By the end of the relationship, I started looking for other relationships, and it took a long time to find a good one that suits me. Eventually, I realized I was looking for myself. So, I decided to be single for a while and rebuild a new relationship with myself.
I realized that the failure of my relationship was a perfect opportunity to get back in touch with my feelings, and pay attention to my needs as an individual instead of as a couple. Maybe I can't add more days to my life, but definitely, I can give my days more life, and that's what I've learned from my first breakup.
Now I'm free.

Its not like always the first break up that changes a guy me personally this breakup that im going through right now os the one thats changing me it depends on the relationship how long has it been and like how was it with all my relationships before the last one (2 years relationship) is the one that changed me its been 2 month a lot of stuff in my mindset changed

Stuff like stop giving a lot stop caring a lot i never focused on myself i started doing that

Not really well the focus on myself yeah i started gym and taking care of my body but I really hate the way im acting with everyone

I decided I'll never trust a girl or date again.
I'm gonna enjoy my single life. I'm gonna make money and travel around the world.

Then after few months, i fell in love with another girl and our 2nd year is running now 😌

A few months only? Was she the first person to make the move?

Yes she was. Almost an year. But before falling in love again, I used dating apps and realized that finding someone else to spend your time will greatly reduce the breakup pain.

In 6 months I was fully ok from the breakup. Time to move on.
