What are the stages guys go through after a breakup?

I know when girls go through a breakup. We cry and become depressed in isolation for a couple of days. Then we debate if we should go back with our exes. But remember the pain we’ve gone through. Then we try to pick up our life where we left off before entering a relationship. Like school, work, hobbies. That our main focus is healing and fixing our life. No time for flirting and looking for another relationship.

So what stages do guys go through after a breakup?

I can only speak for myself. It depends on how the break up happened.

When she broke up with me it was similar to how you said. Sadness, yes sometimes tears, and at first wondering if should get back with her. Except one time I realized only being used when she was dumped by the guy she REALLY wanted at the time.

If I was the one that broke up with her, just happy it was over.

I would like to know this myself. I feel like my ex is not going through the same process as me. I feel like he is totally fine with the breakup and I'm sitting here listening to sad songs and moping around work and home.

There's always a reason. Fixed, it usually fixes things. That is, if both are good/well intentioned.
