Cry it out before accepting that whatever happens... Happens for the best. Talk about it. Sharing often helps but after you've shared things with your trusted friend and cried, start doing things that you love. Learn something you always wanted to learn. Focus on creating the best version of you and hangout with your family and friends. Surround yourself with good people, so you could feel positivity. That way you'll stop thinking about him eventually and also will feel that *hey, it's not the end of the world that we broke up. I can still smile, laugh. Other people can make me happy too. I'll be okay.*

Seeking revenge isn’t going to undo the actions of the guy who has wronged you. So do the right thing, be the bigger one... you'll be glad you did so in the long run. Instead, forgive to free your soul.

For me it was going out dating other people but not getting into any relationships. Just knowing there were other people out there for me helped me to get over my ex.

Also meditate, read, redirect your thoughts every time you think of your ex, cry it out if you need to for a day or two, show yourself self love—I buy myself flowers and treat myself to a smoothie etc., and write a gratitude list. Check out Gary Bishops book “Love Unfu (led”.

I watch sad movies and cry it out on purpose to release all of my sadness. Keeping yourself busy is great but you’re basically postponing the heartbreak by distracting yourself.

Time. There is no shortcut. It's just time. You go work, workout, hang with friends, live your life. Talk to someone if you need to. Focus on yourself and your interests, work on yourself, meaning learn new skils, workout, create, travel. Just enjoy life. Don't get stuck in the past with the maybes and what ifs. Past is the past and nothing will change that. So, time. Take your time.

Time. Also making a list of all the things that upset you helps. When I was with my ex I kept a diary and wrote about every time he let me down and broke my heart. It feels like I relive the experience every time I read it. He really brought out the worse in me. I love myself too much to want him back.

It depends... I do tend to keep myself occupied all the time... And 'up to a level' its ok to have sone free time,... Lots of bad time is bad though...

Time for yourself, meditation, spending time with friends, making money, going to therapy, living your life to the fullest. Forgiving them for their faults, and forgiving yourself. Making art

The best way is to know yourself thoroughly. When you know and master yourself, you know what brings you comfort and that is where the healing can start.

Simply focus on all their negative qualities and negative aspects of the relationship you had. Stop romanticizing the past. It won't come back.

Allow yourself to feel it. You won’t get through it until you do. You’ll just be stuck.

Find a new guy and get rid of anything that reminds you of your ex. Distract yourself with exercise, hobbies, housework etc.
