I just feel like i meant nothing to him how can he move on so fast.

How can you say that he's living his best life while he lost someone who would do everything for him while you're the one who lost somebody who treats you like you're nothing?

It's understandable that you'll see him happy because he got to do what he wanted to do, exploring his new options and what not. But let's face it, no one is truly happy in this world. Not even those billionaires. He still carries his insecurities, fears, weaknesses and unrequited desires.

But does his misery mean anything to you? Nope. It doesn't matter if he lives his best life or if he regrets. Whatever he does, shouldn't matter to you. In fact, you should wish him the best for his life and move on because that's what awesome people do. God, nature, spirits, destiny or whatever you believe in, filtered him away from your life. He was destined to leave you so, he left you early enough for you to make a progress and find someone better.

But it's not all fun and games because you truly lost someone you loved so it'll feel sad and lonely. Pain is a part of life and growth. Just like happiness, sadness isn't permanent either so take your time to heal. Try not to think about his fate. There will be times when you'll feel angry and want to take a revenge. But don't do anything stupid because...

Is this a recent thing? I can say that even as a ridiculous overthinkiner, it takes me much longer to realise the things I miss. Likely he will be the same. Whether he admits it or not, he will end up realising what he's lost later down the line. It's my understanding that women generally deal with these things the other way round, struggle immediately, but thrive later.

If he is already over you, then all the more reason to move on, because he is a dick. If he does go through a phase of realising what he gave up, don't let him back in.
