Block and delete all aspects of said former boyfriend/person I was interested in. Keeps them from trying to contact me or bothering me anymore, or tempting me from wanting to talk to him again.

Depends, if I ended it, then I delete texts, contact info, and any images/ videos.
If she ended it, usually I set my sights on all of her female friends, sisters, cousins, coworkers, etc...
