Ex made a post about me saying he was losing feelings?

I need some advice. Awhile ago I was in a relationship and around February he grew cold. End of February we had an argument and he left and I was devastated because I thought it was cause of me. However I found his spam account on Instagram and literally a day before Valentine's Day he posted saying he thinks he's losing feelings. And I am just shocked that he would post something online, for the entire world to know before I do. What should I do?

His friend unfollowed me so he definitely saw the like and told her about it. Yet no message or apology. Just wow. Honestly feel like unfollowing or blocking but I'm trying to display emotional stability.
