Why is it women are more likely to break up a perfectly good healthy relationship just to go back into a crappy one?

Look at the first few minutes at the start of this video. A girl had a perfectly good guy who was respectful to her, financially secure, had friends and wanted to be with her. She decided to break up with him to go back with her ex who treats her like trash.

Why is it women more often tend to break up with perfectly good partners just to be in a volatile and toxic relationship?

The lady likely has unresolved trauma issues or "daddy issues" and the toxic ex has a way of soothing that part of her better than the other guy. Perhaps, she thinks she's not good enough for the "healthy" guy.
