Why women are usually the ones to initiate a breakup or divorce in a good relationship?

I imagine most guys don't usually point out all the problems in the relationship because some don't find every small problem as a bad thing that can't be worked out because most guys see the significance in the good of the relationship.

But what seems to make women so fast about wanting to breakup instead of working things out and communicating?

So, from the relationships between men and women that I have seen (after college), I see a large portion of women ending the relationship because of a lack of listening and caring by their male partners.

You may think these are small problems, but when your partner brings them up to you multiple times because you are brushing them off, then they will break up with you. To you it seems like they broke up over a small thing, but to them, it was an accumulation of these small things and the overarching meaning that their partner does not respect them enough to listen to their concerns.

If a woman initiates the break up in a divorce then it means the law is heavily in the woman's favor and she has a good chance to not only win the case but to get a good amount of financial assets from her husband.

Divorce yes, breakup not so much. I've seen a lot more breakups initiated by men.
