When to catch a cheater?

I'm 18 years old and about to go to college at the same school as my boyfriend. We planned to stay together. Recently, he met a girl, who, according to his best friend, he is talking to frequently and "seems to really like her". He's practicing guitar so they can learn together, go rock climbing together, etc. I know he's flirting with her, and I want to call him on it so we can break up. However, I'm not sure if I should wait until he actually cheats to break up with him. Also, I got all of my info from his best friend, and I don't want to drag his best friend into this. Do you think I should wait? And how should I tell him I know without incriminating his friend?

Could it be possible they just get along as friends and no romantic feelings and that he only has those for you?

I have had guy friends that spend more time with than my boyfriend and the thought of kissing or anything romantic grossed me out, no way I could do that.

boyfriend's would get jealous though and think I was cheating when I wasn't.

You could have a adult conversation and ask him how life is going, what he's been up to and doing and who he has been doing it with. Get a feel for things.

If he tells you about her and that she is just a friend, shouldn't be a issue if you trust him. You could also ask if he wants more, because you love and care about him and IF he'd be happier with someone else, you do not want to be holding him back.

if you have proof he has said these things and he is doing these things with this girl, then yes break up. but don't 100% take his friends word for it without definite proof.

Ask a girl you sre friends with who us also really hot to add him on social media, start flirting with him and ask him to send her nudes. have her act like its their little secret. Have her show you what he does.

You can say you saw him somewhere and just break up with him, i don't see why you'd wait for him to hurt your feelings before you break up with him
