If you know that you are going to break up, why are you waiting? Just break up, and stop ll contact with each other. The sooner you begin the process, the sooner you emerge from the other side.

None. Breaks are bullshit. You either break up or you don’t. And honestly if it’s come to this point just end it and remain single until you’re (this goes for both you and him) mature enough to solve issues by other ways than trying to escape (aka ”breaks”). Escape solved nothing.
