Block and delete him on social. Delete all photographs and anything visual of him, he and yourself or that reminds you of him or the relationship. Change your number. Get a new friend circle if you are connected socially. Get busy. Go shopping. Get a makeover. And if he comes back block him again. Ig ore him if you see him. Make a mental note that he doesn't exist.
Just do it and don't cave.
That renewed energy a worthy guy will pick up on.

  owww, I'm sorry.. fresh and raw. It is good to grieve early. If first love, I still have not forgotten mine but I'm good and it is a good memory now !!
  It takes awhile and 6 months to year away from anything more than friendship may be good. I hope the "she's available" fools do not start coming out of the woodwork.-except that !!
  
  He's probably not finished with you. You may see the truth of the heart you have been with during the unwinding of Relationship. Hopefully, he is not one of those emotional control freaks... messing with your mind and emotion grounded in Possibility of rejoining. If he does this then he will probably repeat the same pattern again. It is always easier to do anything the second and third time... Really, there is nothing to do but see what comes your way.
