I dated a narcissist once for 5 years. The best thing I ever did was when I left him. The damage is still there and there is lots for me to work on but I am forever grateful I left him, I have been better since. My struggle now is healing. That is where I am stuck and don’t know how to heal and it just sucks cause I don’t know what to do.

save all emails, text's and DM's so at any point by not responding he will say something in a threatening manner which will give you a strong case when filing for a protective order which the legal term for a narcissist is a "Sociopathic Predator"
