How do I get away from a narcisstic partner?

I can't suffer this abuse any longer 😕 He started working at my place work 6 months ago and I'm convinced it's to abuse me at work too.

He is very manipulative , so no one in work knows or can see the abuse I endure. I just don't know how to leave. We live together and work together so the abuse is ongoing all day and night. My mental health is suffering now.

You should definitely start by finding a different living situation and finding a new job. It’s going to be hard to convince your job that he’s abusive to you unless if there’s proof.
