I asked him to come to me in my country but he said he couldn’t due to his financial instability. In June 2022 he broke up with me and after month of no contact apologized me and told me we must get married when I am back. Finally I could be back, I solved all the problems and was splanning going back to him in October. In August 2022, he was fired, he told me we should break up again and that fate is against us and that he has to move to another city by the time I am back. Because he got a new job that’s going to pay him 10 times more than he got before.

I hoped maybe when I’d be back I’d see him.

I returned to his country in 2022 October, asked him to meet. He said we couldn’t and it didn’t matter if we met or not it wouldn’t change anything. I still hoped he’d come to visit me on holidays.

But he barely contacted with me, his mom called me everyday as she was upset about our break up, she thought I was her future daughter in law.

But my ex didn’t seem to care anymore. 2 weeks ago he called me and told me he is sorry he hurt me and he is in a serious relationship and he loves that girl he met 2 months ago. he is guilty and sorry he hurt me but he doesn’t regret it, wants me to move on too and find someone who will love me the way I deserve.

I asked him to meet me at least once… Told him I’d forgive him if he cheated, I just wanted to see him again. He refused. He said he is in a new relationship.

Figured out he got over so quickly because he actually cheated on me with someone 2 weeks after he proposed me and the reason he broke up with me is that he started dating her. Then got a good connection with that girl and fell for her, he said he was already unhappy in a relationship due to the distance and it’s not the fault of the new girl. He was. He was an amazing boyfriend and loved me a lot. He cried when I had to leave. I knew his family, he knew mine. He asked me for marriage 3 times. His parents cried when they heard we broke up. He waited for me for 2 years.

But yes, knowing what I know now, I doubt everything already. He said this time apart change him and now he wants different things in his life. But I don’t know, how could he not want to meet me… And how could he find someone else as soon as I finally went back.
