Hi, just got out a 10 year relationship. i was wondering how long should i wait before dating again. I don't want to get in a rebound relationship. Thank you.
There's no set time but definitely spend some time on yourself. A break up from a relationship that long is painful regardless of who left who. Get to know yourself again and find out what interests you, there's very little that's as unhealthy as jumping into a relationship immediately after a break up.
