New girlfriend snooping in his social media. Or he finally got over you to the point where he could delete it. But probably another woman.
It takes seconds to block someone. It’s not a long drawn out process. He was probably going through people and deleting those he wasn’t in touch with.
It sounds like he just wants to move on and probably has found a new girlfriend. Were you having sex with him? How close were you two?
