I honest feel really shitty and I’ve been miserable because of it. I’ve had no motivation to do anything after our breakup.

After going M. I. A. Or ghost for a good 4 days she finally texted me saying how a relationship wouldn’t work out because she can’t offer me what I need and want and that all she needs is her kids right now anyway.

I don’t know what to do I feel so shitty. She said we can just be friends but she doesn’t want anything more.

I get how you feel but life isn’t going to wait for you young man. Get up, do what you need to do to make your life better. This shit happened to me, at the when I was about your age. I felt like shit. But 20 years later I thank her for what she did. She cheated on me, got pregnant, then tried to come back which I took her back, big mistake. But she did it again. Now 20 years later she’s living in the ghetto, 8 kids w 4 different dudes. I thank her for what she did cause if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t have had the life I now have or lived the life I lived back than when I was younger. Trust me you will get through this. Take some time to process it but don’t cry over it for the rest of your life. I know it may be hard to deal w right now like it was for me because the mentality of a man at my age compared to your age mentally is much stronger most of the time. Hang in there. You’re too young to be playing step dad. Besides there’s a lot of responsibility when it comes to kids. You’re always going to come second. She may have issues w their daddy. Will she let you discipline them? Enjoy your life cause it’s going to go by quicker than you think. Twenty-four years ago I was in the military, now I’m here like it was just yesterday. There are plenty of women your age w out kids. I hate to say this but at that young of an age young women aren’t really into the kind, gentleman type. They want some POS who’s going to treat them like shit only to realize as they get older that he’s never going to change. By than they have kids, bitter toward men, complain about men. So then they start looking for good men, which is kind of fucked up. Gave your best to some other dude who didn’t appreciate you now that your single w x amount of kids you want a man to take care of you and treat you like a queen. Get out, live your life kid.

You need a schedule.
Go to the gym. Don't feel like it? Doesn't matter, go to the gym. Make it a habit.
Focus on running, lifting, whatever. Seeing yourself physically improving will help.

If you age 18-24 honestly why cry for a women with kids already I know you feel hurt but look at the good side of it ~ seeing how kind you are and heartbreaking you feel why don’t you share this love you have to a proper women who deserves you. You need a women who truly deserves this love you have.. you will get over her anyways she had a good chance with you and she blow it away. She will somedays realize her mistake but til then you are already with a good women and maybe have your own family from scratch.
Don’t be sad its her who should grieve she just lost an amazing guy. Don’t give her this amazing feeling of you feeling sad for her she did not deserve and appreciated you 1st time.
Your sadness will go away ~ take it day by day and try to meet new people. Remember you will gain anew love soon it’s her who lost.. everything with time will be ok I promise you don’t worry 😭❤️‍🩹♥️✨

You’re so sweet thank you I really appreciated this. Yeah I’m 19. There’s a lot more to the story. She practically went ghost on me like I said those 4 days , I went over to her house to make sure she was ok (no one came to the door) , I got upset she blocked me and unblocked me, we argued and then that was when she said she couldn’t give me time and attention of what I need and want and that’s why she’s done with me and just wanted to be good friends because I guess she just can’t give to a relationship right now. 😔…

It's completely normal to feel sad and hurt after break up. It's hard for you at the moment, but you have to move on and focus on yourself. It will get easier with time. Try to find a distraction - it could be some hobby, watching a movie, exercising or doing anything that you love and makes you happy. Spend some time with family and friends.

Healing takes time, but I'm sure that you'll bounce back and eventually find the right person for you. 😊
