How do you cope with a man who moves on quickly after a break up? I know that there is no ideal time for this but I believe it shouldn't be in such short periods like 2-3 months.

It takes men not long to find a new woman. Time will play a factor though. As time goes on the woman get better and feel confident again and the man goes into the dark side. To cope with it is to find something you are passionate in and move on. Do things that keep your mind busy rather than staking him and his possible new thing! Plus it helps to block him as well. Or if you don’t feel like doing that some social media has features so that it looks like you are following them but in reality you don’t see anything from them.

you don't actually know if they've moved on or not, it's always just an assumption. even though they claim to have moved on, they could just be hiding the truth, and if they have a new person, that might just be a coping mechanism to help fill the void in their heart..

You think 2 - 3 months is short? No way. If a guy is still not over a breakup in that time it means it impacted him pretty hard. Short would be him getting over it in like a week and you see him already dating another woman.

I hate to sound crass, but if a partner regardless of their sex moves on really quickly, most likely they were never really into you that much to start with. Such a person needs to be evicted from your brain ASAP!
