Many people are like you, they have similar thoughts and feelings, you could easily understand them, and they would react as you would. sometimes, relationship ends before the break-up... and other times, people also have already moved on and then, they break up

besides that.. two months can be nothing, other times it can be a whole lot, and sometimes, two months is just two months... everyone processes things very differently, and many times... a realization happens from day to night, realizations can change "everything"

and then, you have words... and what they actually mean... a break-up is a very very VERY emotional situation and whatever is said, felt or done... does not always align with the "strict reality" of things, as they actually are

They move on but emotionally, they haven't. Some are desperate for connection and will run to someone else faster than 2 mon. Some peoples emotions go all over the place. you cannot trust what is going on. Generally, those people are dragging their past around with them... and ignoring their own issues.

These would become people like hoarders or other emotional issues... unless it's absolved.
