Should I block my ex on Reddit?

My ex blocked me on the social platforms that we don't exactly use to interact with such as Facebook, except Discord. But, we still follow each other on Reddit and Viber and that's what we mostly use. I don't see this as a sign that we'll be back together again. More like, so that we can have a means of communication in the possible future if we want to be friends or just ask the other person's condition. As for me, I feel that way, since, I don't hate him.

Although, I am in the process of moving on, checking his activity on Reddit became a habit even when we were together. Should I block him? I don't want him to think negatively of it when I did do.
