How do you leave a mentally and physically abusive narcissist without crying and begging them to come back because I can't cope I need help 😭?

the first step is to constantly remind yourself of the feelings your having right now. when you over think you start thinking your over reacting when you’re not. your feelings are valid and you have to start listening to them.

start with an honest self-assessment. Its too common to call someone a narc these days, hence my screen name :-)

Not excusing Abusive behaviors, purely asking that you take stock of your situation.

I should clarify on my point here.
Remember that you should protect yourself from repeat patterns, but maybe sure you are ACTUALLY looking at things. I have had friends claim someone to be abusive/etc. and later found out there ignored the progress of said person (who did have issue but addressed them accordingly).

I think its easy to build a score card when we feel this hurt, so take careful stock before solely assigning the blame on the other person.

what mean can't cope? financially?

you just have to break away... suffer the pain. but as well, do it safely as they could be hazardous and pull you back in.

I'd say, get a therpist to help.
