If my boyfriend moved in February this year and already is moving out this July, is this him trying to break up?

He moved in February, I thought things were okay between us. I have felt distance grow between us but he just said he was swamped at work (he’s a lawyer). Lately I’ve noticed he makes plans on weekends with his friends more and he seems off. Recently he told me he was looking at apartments and found one and has decided to move out end of the month just because he thinks we moved in too fast together but told me it isn’t a break up. But he seems way colder than normal, should I be concerned?

I would definitely be concerned honestly. I had this happen with me and one of my exes and it was a clear sign me and that ex were not compatible. There’s something bothering your boyfriend that he doesn’t want to communicate out , which in my opinion that’s a huge red flag. Sounds like he’s kind of using you for the mean time just in case things fall through, once he’s settled in , I’m sure he’s going to end this relationship. Maybe I’m wrong, but 😬 be careful

I mean he could be telling the truth and simply feels like you moved to fast, but this just seems like a step in the wrong direction. It’s not a breakup until he’s comfortably in another apartment, then suddenly it’s a whole different story. Maybe you should end it first.

I think it would be something to watch.
He has time to go out with his friends, but not you.
And the lack of attention and probably lack of affection is not a sign of a healthy relationship.
In the back of your mind you may want to prepare your self just in case.

You sure you didn't tell him you were broken up? Had a friend tell me that happened to him. Got blamed for the relationship being over and him moving to a new place, when she initiated it.
