My son father has not participated in my sons life he’s never made an effort to see my son but he takes care of his daughter that’s one month younger he says that one day he’ll fix it and my question is should I allow him to be in my son life when he try to fix it because I feel that it’s not fair for him to ignore my son now and when he’s ready, I should just except it and allow him to be in my son life it’s not fair

Could be a mess for son if nuclear family is not cohesive…. Eg bothnparents are valued and respected. My wife managed tgis well although father wants to be in both kids lives.

Tell him straight up. He needs to step up and make efforts to spend time with his son because it is upsetting him knowing his own father cannot make time for him otherwise he can take you to court for visitations because you are sick and tired of him screwing his own son over.
